Gibson and Duncombe Lead The Chase For National Chess Champion

After three rounds of play in the Bahamas Chess Federation National championships Ken Gibson and Charles Duncombe shared the lead with three points each.

They are followed closely by veteran Byron Small who has 2 ½ points while former junior chess star Elton Joseph sits in fourth but still in striking distance with one round left.

 

The fourth leg of the tournament is scheduled for Saturday November 15th. Clocks begin at 11:00am.

 

Below are the overall results, the pairing for round four and results from round three that was held recently:
