Unfortunately for them, the Knights had other plans and did just enough to win and escaped a game three with the Sidewinders with a 7-6 victory to take the series 2-0.
In the Coach Pitch division the Athletics defeated the Diamondback 13-2 to complete a sweep in their best-of-three game series.
The Knights and the Athletics will represent the JBLN in their division at the National Championships next month along with the Yankees who swept the Dodgers in the Junior Division championship series 115-10 and 8-3.
Division titles still to be decided include the Minor League where the Rockies and the Mets are tied at one game each. The decisive game three is schedule for Saturday beginning at 12:30pm.
While the two teams are battling in the Minor league for their championship trophies, the Indians and the Reds From the Major League will be on the opposite field getting warmed up for their decisive game that will also take place on Saturday at 3:00pm.
