Mental Toughness Training For Top Jr. Tennis Players

Dr. Robert Heller, PhD. in Counselling Psychology from Boston University and a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association will host a mental toughness clinic for top junior tennis players at the National Tennis Centre this weekend.
Dr. Robert Heller, PhD. In Counselling Psychology from Boston University and a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association faculty, will be in New Providence November 6th, 7th and 8th to conduct a high performance training camp with a group of advance junior tennis players, to improve their on and off court mental skills.

Dr. Heller has been invited to The Bahamas by Bradley Bain, owner of Brajaxba Tennis as apart of his High Performance Tennis Training Camps to expose The Bahamas’ best  players to the best practices in the game of tennis. In October, Ivan Molina (Columbia) ITF Touring Coach for South America and Europe focused on technique and tactics with Bahamian players.
Dr. Heller is a

 

"Performance Enhancement Psychologist or Mental Coach". He works with athletes, performing artists and corporate/business leaders to refine their "mental skills" in order to consistently perform at their highest potential
He is the author of a DVD Mental Skills for Match Play and Mental Toughness. Dr. Heller is an avid tennis player and a USPTA professional. A special presentation for all tennis parents by Dr. Heller will be held on Saturday November 7th, at 11:30am where he will share on the significance of developing strong mental skills for competing at the highest level of the game.
